LAPRA offers quality vision care through VSP (Vision Service Plan) for its active and retired membership when enrolled in Blue Cross PPO, Fee For Service, Blue Card, or California Care. Once you have completed the required enrollment form for either one of these plans, you will automatically be enrolled in the VSP plan.

If you are enrolled in Kaiser, your vision benefits are covered under your Kaiser plan.
